Website Usage and Log Files

When you visit AniTrackr, technical information may be processed to deliver the website securely. This may include IP address, browser type, device information, requested URLs, referrer, date and time of access, and server error logs.

Log files are used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.

Authentication and User Accounts

AniTrackr uses Supabase Auth for account creation, sign-in, and session management. Account data may include email address, display name, authentication identifiers, timestamps, and session cookies.

Users may create reviews, blog posts, fanart entries, video links, and future community content connected to their account.

Supabase

AniTrackr uses Supabase for database, authentication, and storage services. Supabase may process data required to provide these functions, including account records, content submissions, votes, reports, fanart uploads, and security logs.

User-Generated Content

Reviews, anime-specific blog posts, fanart uploads or image links, video links, votes, and reports are processed to operate the community features.

Published user-generated content may be publicly visible together with display name, content date, ratings, vote totals, spoiler flags, and associated anime.

Anime Tracking Features

Anime data is cached from AniList and enriched where available. Future tracking features may store user preferences such as watched anime, favorites, watchlists, notification settings, or progress. These features should be documented when enabled.

Fanart Uploads

Fanart may be stored using Supabase Storage. Uploaded files may include image metadata depending on the file supplied by the user. Users should avoid uploading files containing sensitive metadata.

Embedded YouTube Videos

Users may submit YouTube or other video links. If embeds or previews are displayed, the video provider may process personal data such as IP address, device information, cookies, and playback interactions.

Contact Requests

If you contact AniTrackr by email or other means, your contact details and message content are processed to respond to your request.

Future Notifications

Future notification features may process email addresses, notification preferences, anime preferences, and delivery logs. Such processing should be described before notifications are enabled.

Google Analytics

AniTrackr uses Google Analytics with measurement ID G-51NXHCSGHR only after analytics consent. Google Analytics helps understand aggregated website usage and improve the service.

Depending on configuration, Google may process usage data, device data, approximate location, referrer information, and online identifiers.

Google AdSense

AniTrackr uses Google AdSense with publisher ID ca-pub-4698403052536674 only after advertising consent. Advertising partners may process cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data to show and measure advertisements.
