User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity submitted through their account. AniTrackr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, content guidelines, or applicable law.

User-Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, anime-specific blog posts, fanart, video links, and other future community contributions. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights required to submit their content.

Users retain ownership of submitted content.

By submitting content, users grant AniTrackr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, process, reproduce, and distribute submitted content within the platform and related promotional or technical contexts.

Anime Tracking Features

Tracking features are provided for convenience and may change over time. Anime metadata is based on third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies or delays.

Moderation

AniTrackr may remove, hide, or restrict content that violates the content guidelines, infringes rights, creates legal risk, or harms platform quality.

Availability

AniTrackr does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of user content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AniTrackr is liable only for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory liability. Otherwise, liability is reasonably limited to foreseeable damages.

Applicable Law

German law applies where legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
